Chef Avinash Martins

Chef Avinash Martins went to Swiss Asian Hotel School in Ooty and polished his culinary skills at Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development before taking on international opportunities with cruises, airlines, and restaurants.

Avinash has trained under various Michelin star restaurant chefs like Chef Georges Blanc, Chef Gary Danko, Chef Thomas Keller and has been instrumental in starting some popular restaurants in the country such as threesixty° at the Oberoi New Delhi, Travertino, Prego to name a few. He is the owner and chef at Cavatina by Avinash Martins and the designer of the culinary concept of Juju Goa.

Top female mixologist of India - Evgenya Prazdnik

Award-winning Russian mixologist, Evgenya Prazdnik has been shaking & stirring cocktails since 15 years in many countries such as Russia, India, Qatar, Lebanon, Sri Lanka. Evgenya finds her inspiration from nature and is a big fan of using local ingredients to craft stunning cocktails. She works as a beverage consultant and bar manager at popular restaurants & bars like Gunpowder, Goa, Nao Spirits, India and she is the finishing touch behind the mind-blowing cocktails created and served at Juju Goa.

Samiir Wheaton - Interior Designer

Innovative food in a gorgeous setting makes lasting memories and there no one else better than Samiir Wheaton, a graduate from the National Institute of Design, who could do it for Juju.

After studying architectural and industrial furniture design from NID, Samiir started his own contemporary interiors and furniture design company – Wheaton Design Pvt. Ltd. and authored many astute design projects around the county. Samiir has also been an ardent swimmer and has participated and competed in many triathlons/competitions winning titles such as Ironman.

Chef Pravin Raidker – Corporate Chef
His culinary journey began in the year 2007. Over time, having worked with multiple brands and traveled internationally to widen his culinary scope, Chef Pravin’s cooking style encapsulates aspects of Continental cuisine.

With a passion for sourcing the best ingredients and a continued drive to create new and interesting dishes, Chef Pravin believes in effortlessly combining flavors and cooking techniques from a variety of different cultures, making for a truly unique culinary experience.
Abhijit Khandual – Executive Chef at Juju Goa
His childhood was spent in Orissa where he went to study hotel management from Central Institute of Hotel Management and Catering, Bhubaneswar. He started his journey in culinary domain as a trainee at Saffron and Cilantro, fine dining restaurants at Trident Gurgaon in 2008.

Over these years, Chef Abhijit has worked with prestigious brands like Oberois Hotels & Resorts, Trident, Aloft, DLF Club to name a few in managerial roles and is now ready to create some flavor packed delicacies for our guests at Juju.
Bar Manager at Juju Restaurant

Yurii, a native of Ukraine, started his career as a bartender in 2006 and since then he has been living his dream, full of passion for bartending & mixology. After gaining approx. 10 years of bartending experience from Ukraine, Yuri moved to Goa, India.

In these 16 years, Yurii has worked with a variety of restaurants, clubs, large events making world class cocktails, managing teams, and leading bar operations. Recently, Yurii has been deeply interested in non-alcoholic beverages and is ready to delight the guests at Juju with some innovative cocktails & mocktails.
